This year a number of projects have been attended to at the building, including maintenance of the fire escape, plumbing repairs, new stair treads from lobby to second floor as well as a new conference room and an office to rent on an hourly or daily basis in an effort to improve the services available. We are planning during the next year to add an ameneties room on the Fourth floor to provide vending products for use in the building.

Rental rates are $1.42 per square foot on a monthly basis, or $17 per square foot on a yearly basis. These rates are inclusive of utilities and garbage pickup. Some offices have river views.
In addition to the offices available for monthly or long-term lease, the Historic Monongahela Building also has available a conference room as well as offices for hourly, half-day or daily rent.
